I’m the founder, Drew Horsley. My efforts in locating talent are thorough, persistent, and creative. Most of the talent employers are seeking is already gainfully employed. I accept and appreciate the more difficult task of targeting a passive market. In fact, I build my reputation in that regard. I have been recruiting Industrial Automation and Operational Technology talent since 2007. Even early in my career working within agencies, I “built my own business” running my own desk. I succeeded in Sales, Recruitment, and Account Management within Industrial Automation Engineering. I am a top-tier Staffing resource for all things Industrial Automation Engineering and Operational Technology.
What We Believe
We believe that technology supports personal efforts and should not dictate a means to an end. We believe that the Staffing industry has allowed flawed models and processes to prevail. Clients have been reduced to revenue. Candidates have become inventory. We are here to effect change in this regard.
